What happens in an initial consultation?

At your 60 minute online consultation, expect to share about yourself and your health history. I use an intake form that will help guide the conversation about your body system by system so we can identify underlying imbalances, constitutional patterns, and root causes. Together, we will develop a personal plan based on your needs, experiences, and goals. I can offer herbal and supplement recommendations, movement suggestions, and breath work and ritual practices to best support your healing journey.

What happens in a follow up consultation?

During a follow up consultation we will review what has changed for you, and what else needs to be addressed. I will ask you to update me on where you would like more support.

Who is this for?

Working to shift patterns with medicinal herbs takes patience, curiosity, and commitment. In my experience, herbs have been supportive for issues related to sleep, menstruation, digestion, allergies, and stress management.

On Land

What happens in an initial consultation?

At our first 75 minute on land meeting, expect to share a lot about yourself and your health history. I use an intake form that will help guide our conversation about your body system by system so that I can identify underlying imbalances, constitutional patterns, and root causes. I will ask a lot of questions in order to gather the information I need to formulate a personalized tincture blend. I may also provide lifestyle and dietary suggestions. You will leave the initial consultation with one months supply of medicine. Before you leave, we will schedule one 30 minute follow up session by phone.

What happens in a follow up consultation?

During a follow up consultation we will review what has changed for you, and what else needs to be addressed. I will ask you to update me on where you would like more support.
